At Lusso di Firenze, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and delivered.
Due to the nature of our products, which include fragrances and personal care items, we are unable to accept returned items for hygiene and safety reasons.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at lussodifirenze@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. After reviewing the request, we may offer a replacement for the affected item if deemed appropriate.
Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.
